PRETTY LIGHTS TOUR and LABEL
Spring Tour Wrap Up
Pretty Lights’ Spring Tour was basically clown shoes. Pretty much all the shows sold out… so a big thanks goes out to everyone who came out and supported. Check out some photos from different cities and a new video featuring behind the scenes footage on the media page of the website.
Pretty Lights Music (the record label)
Derek Vincent Smith is launching something sort of like a record label… more like a music posse. It’s called PLM and it will be a platform on which to release new music from other artists that have similar visions of music and direction of the music industry. The first release on PLM is by Michal Menert. The record is called “Dreaming Of A Bigger Life” and drops June 8th, 2010. Check out Michal’s MySpace page to hear previews of some of the tracks. They’re dope! The music will be released in the same way as Pretty Lights releases, as a free download with the option to donate. Also, in the very near future there will be a P.O. Box address for artists to submit demos. Check the PLM label tab on PrettyLightsMusic.com after June 8th when it launches.
